Which finishes can I choose from?

Our pieces come in natural hammered copper, green patina / verdigris, oxidized and aged copper, blue patina, white patina, and solid or unlacquered brass. Patinas are real finishes on the copper, not paint. Available finishes are listed on each product page — and we can discuss other finishes for custom orders.

Will the copper change colour over time?

Yes. Natural copper and unlacquered brass are living finishes: they slowly deepen and develop a patina with air, touch and water. If you prefer the original look, clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.

How are the copper wall lights installed?

Our sconces are hardwired wall fixtures, and we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Most use standard E26/E27 bulbs — check the product page for the socket type. Many designs include a mounting backplate and installation kit.

What do I need to install a wall-mounted sink?

Choose your configuration on the product page — sink only, or with a bottle trap, back plate and mixer faucet. We recommend a qualified plumber, and suggest confirming wall support, plumbing position and local code requirements before ordering.

Can I order a custom size or finish?

Yes. Contact us with your measurements and preferred finish and we'll confirm what's possible. Custom pieces can need up to two weeks of production before dispatch. Please note custom and special-order items can't be returned.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Standard shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped by express carrier (5–7 business days). Custom pieces may need up to two weeks of production first. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes. Read the shipping policy.

What is your return policy?

Standard items can be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging — email us first to start a return and we'll send instructions. Custom or special-order items and sale items can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can make it right. Read the full return policy.
