Installation Guide
- Switch off the power at the breaker and confirm with a voltage tester.
- Screw the mounting bracket (from inside the copper canopy) to the ceiling junction box.
- Set the drop: hang the bottom of the shade 30–36″ (76–91 cm) above an island or table; adjust the cord through the canopy grip.
- Connect the wires: black (hot) to black, white (neutral) to white, and the green or bare copper ground to ground, using wire nuts.
- Push the wires into the box, slide the copper canopy up and tighten its screws.
- Fit the included LED bulb, restore power and enjoy the glow.
Several pendants? Space them 24–30″ (60–76 cm) apart, centre to centre, and keep 6″ (15 cm) from each end of the island.
Hardwired fixture. For your safety we recommend installation by a licensed electrician according to the NEC and your local codes.

Is the rustic aged copper texture real or painted?
Real. Each shade is hand-hammered, then aged by hand with heat and natural oxidation to give deep chocolate-to-amber tones with real, old-world character. That is why no two pieces look exactly the same.
Is the bulb included?
Yes. Every light comes with an LED bulb, a standard US E26 socket (any regular US bulb fits), premium-quality wire and the matching canopy – ready to install.
Can I choose the cord length?
Yes. The cord is made to your order at no extra cost – tell us your ceiling height or the drop you need in the order notes.

Truly beautiful piece of functional art. Hammered copper with slight patina, the perfect look for our Lake house. Arrived safe and in one piece. It probably bounced around in the box but it made it. Some fraying of the wire cover due to exposure / wear on the packaging in transit. I was able to cut the covering off and just have the cable which looks great and better in my opinion. Highly recommend for the craftsmanship and one of a kind piece. Cheaper alternatives are not cheaper, but they are cheap. This is real copper not painted aluminum or some other cheap metal. It comes direct from Casablanca Morrocco. Even the bill of lading is worth saving it's so fun!
I missed Morocco and it's fine craftsmanship. This is a gorgeous handmade lamp. My husband is pretty handy and replaced our outdoor light bed nouvhy it specifically because it shines "down" thus preventing light pollution. It sends off a glorious golden light.
