I missed Morocco and it's fine craftsmanship. This is a gorgeous handmade lamp. My husband is pretty handy and replaced our outdoor light bed nouvhy it specifically because it shines "down" thus preventing light pollution. It sends off a glorious golden light.

Clearly hand made with subtle flaws. Slightly inconvenient that no mounting bracket was included. Patina is not the natural green patina as it appeared in the picture on line; however it’s still appropriate for the desired design overall.

Packing could have been better but it arrived OK. The lamp itself was wrapped OK but it was not wrapped within the outer box to not move around. If the box was dropped the lamp could have damaged by sharply moving.

I like the pendants themselves, but the experience has not been great. The communication has been difficult, with the time lapse in responses. I was in a time crunch and told them before I ordered that I needed them in approx. one week. They said that they would try. This was before I knew they were shipping from Morocco, so there was no way this could happen. Needless to say, they took over three weeks to arrive. I was told they would send them with longer wire for my vaulted ceiling at no additional cost. They both came in with only 3" of cord, so I have had to purchase wire separately and have them rewired. This experience has been frustrating.

We love the handmade feel of the lights. Our only complaint is the light socket and electrical assembly. Had to rewire the socket as the wire had been pulled out of the socket. No good way to keep them in and probably will pull out every time the bulb needs replacing. Definitely should upgrade the wiring and socket assembly.
